Who we hire.
We are not always hiring for every role. Apply anyway — we keep good people on file and call them first.

Rope access technicians
IRATA Level 1 to 3. Window and facade cleaning, caulking, glazing assist, inspections and anchor work on high-rise elevations.

BMU operators
Building maintenance unit programmes on towers across the CBD, operated to the asset, the conditions and the SWMS.

EWP operators
Boom, scissor and travel-tower work for atria, canopies, curved glass and internal glazing.

Glaziers & glazing assistants
Glass repair and replacement at height, working alongside the rope access crew.
05
Ground crew & pole work
Water-fed pole cleaning, washdowns and site support. A good way in if you want to work toward rope access.

Current tickets
IRATA for rope access roles. Construction induction (White Card). EWP or BMU tickets where the role needs them.
Reliability
You turn up on time, ready to work, and you finish what you start.
