Rope access puts IRATA-qualified technicians on the facade on independently anchored rope systems — the most precise way to clean, inspect or repair complex elevations with almost no footprint at ground level.

Rope access is often the lowest-disruption option: no plant in the street, no scaffold, and quick set-up between drops. It suits setbacks, curved and faceted glass, heritage facades and faces a BMU cannot reach.

What is rope access?
Rope access is a way of working at height where technicians are suspended on two independently anchored ropes. It is used for cleaning, inspection and repair where scaffolding or plant would be slow, costly or impossible.
What does IRATA qualified mean?
IRATA is the international industry body for rope access. IRATA technicians are trained and assessed at levels 1 to 3, and work is supervised by a Level 3.
Is rope access safe?
Rope access has a strong safety record when it is planned properly. We work to a site-specific SWMS, use certified anchors only, keep a rescue plan for every drop and treat weather as a hard limit.
