How we handle your details.
What you send through this website goes by email to our own team. We use it to answer you, and we never sell it or add you to a mailing list.
Who we are
Tower Window Cleaning is the trading name of Clargad Pty Ltd ATF G Lewis Trust, ABN 60 357 848 704, Melbourne, Victoria. This note covers this website. Our Privacy & Data Protection Policy (TWC-POL-009) covers everything else we do, and we will send you a copy on request.
What this website collects
- Enquiry form: your name, company, email, the building address, the service you need and your message.
- Careers form: your name, mobile, email, suburb, the role, your IRATA level, availability and start date, tickets and licences, your message, and any CV or ticket copies you attach.
- Nothing else. No cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking of any kind.
Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, browser) for security. Our form service records the time and result of each submission with the IP address scrambled. It does not keep what you wrote.
Where it goes and who sees it
Forms are delivered by email straight into our Microsoft 365 mailboxes: enquiries to info@, applications to hr@. Nothing is stored on the website itself. Only our management team reads them.
We pass your details on only when we need to, for example to check a ticket with the body that issued it or to call a referee, and we ask you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as business records. Applications are kept for up to 12 months so we can call you if a role comes up, then deleted. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.
Please do not send health information, your tax file number or bank details with an application. If we offer you work, we collect what we need through a separate, secure process.
Photos on this site
The photos show our own crews on real jobs. If you are in one and want it taken down, tell us and we will remove it.
Your rights and questions
You can ask to see or correct what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. There is no charge. Contact our Managing Director, who is our privacy contact, at info@towerwindowcleaning.com.au or on 1300 815 498.
If you are not happy with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
